Residents coming home Tuesday evening past Almeda Genoa experienced long delays due to two incidents involving transport trucks. A tractor trailer lost is "too-tall" boiler tank while passing under the overpass. In a related incident a tanker carrying an unspecified chemical attempted to avert the accident and reportedly hit a guardrail causing a chemical spill.
