Mrs. Mary Choate, Beverly Hills nurse. Her two children are Jerry and Julie. (And they were my next door neighbors on Kirkdale!). I remember Mrs. Choate being horrified at me pulling off the crusts from the sandwich she'd made me. "All the best nutrients are in the crust!" I wasn't articulate enough at age four to respond, "Then all the best nutrients are in the nasty, over-cooked, inedible part of the bread!" Consider my retort a bit overdue. Love you Mrs. C!
