- HPD impounds the one cop car Scarsdale finally got because it was involved in an accident.
- The PISD Budget is approved for 50,000,000 million dollars. I got curious about what it is today: almost $525,000,000.

- City of Houston assigns a brand new ambulance to the area, and it promptly breaks down.
- Scarsdale was under annexation discussions and all garbage pickup ceased.

- Vandals went around cutting trees
- Sabo Townhomes burn

Something about baseball, a stop sign, and traffic signal happened.
