42 Years Ago Today
During the early South Belt years, the big snow year was 1973. Looking at the totals recorded via the Weather Research Center trace amounts fell in early 1964, before any homes were built. The next snow year would be almost a decade later in 1973, on three separate days within 5 weeks.
Due to the rare occurrence, pretty much everyone brought out the cameras and home movies, which means, even though we don't have the South Belt Leader yet, we do have photographic contributions!
